When it comes to video and the customer journey it starts with step 1 and knowing who your ideal customer is.
It's followed by step 2, 3 and 4 with the know, like and trust steps before someone will buy in step 5. Creating video to retain customers is also critical as the final step 6.
Where video gets really interesting is when the sales funnel and customer journey aren't linear. That's when the fun begins!
