Episode 72:  The term 'Marketing' is generic

Show Notes and Related Links

How most people perceive marketing is that it's disposable, easily dismissed and...maybe they're right.

Unless you are one of the marketer's who puts the customer first, leads the company teams in involving them with their part in the customer journey and helps create a great customer experience with your brand.

If the latter is you, you're in the minority.

It's time to see Marketing for what it is: an all-inclusive part of the business team that needs to be responsible for the customer journey.

I share various definitions from reliable sources and land on the one that makes the most sense for TODAY and what marketing really is.

What's your definition of marketing?
